### Competitive Advantage
The SaaS competitors (Avail, TenantCloud, Buildium, Nolo, Justia) write
broad national content. UL’s edge is hyper-local: 854 legal resource pages
covering individual counties and cities. No SaaS company will replicate this
because they can’t monetize county-level content directly. UL can because
every visitor to a county page is a potential UL member.
### Content Strategy
– Current schedule runs May 12 – Sep 1, 2026 (2 tasks/day, Mon-Fri)
– Content produced by both Claude and ChatGPT across T2/T3 sites
– All posts must follow the Link Target Cheat Sheet above
– In September, build a dedicated keyword attack system targeting pages
sitting in positions 8-20 with high impressions
