Underground Landlord is a rental-focused platform designed to help landlords make better decisions, stay organized, and connect with other landlords β€” while also giving service providers a place to advertise directly to property owners. This page explains every major feature and where to find it.

Getting Started

Start by creating an account and logging in. After logging in, you’ll be routed to the correct homepage based on your membership level. From there, you can access the tools available to you and upgrade at any time to unlock additional features.

If you are a landlord, your primary tools will be tenant management, tenant search (if eligible), legal tools, community access, and classifieds. If you are a service provider, your primary tools will be the Business Directory and your advertiser management dashboard.

Tenant Search is a premium landlord feature. It provides community-sourced rental behavior insight that complements traditional screening tools. It does not replace credit checks, identity verification, or other legally required screening steps.
