Stonecrest landlords file dispossessory actions at DeKalb County Magistrate Court, located at 556 N. McDonough Street, 2nd Floor, Room 230, Decatur, GA 30030, phone (404) 371-2261, open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Obtain the Dispossessory Warrant form from the Clerk’s Office (Room 200) and pay the filing fee of approximately $75. You will need the tenant’s full name, complete address including unit number, and the reason for eviction. The DeKalb County Marshal serves the warrant.
