Underground landlord is the future of tenant selection. We have created a way to use word of mouth combined with the reach of the world wide web to help landlords make better tenant selections. How It Works!
Here is how the system works. You sign up. We charge a small monthly fee but do bill yearly. This is a two fold purpose. We do this to finance the site but also to prevent the wrong people from signing up for the site. I assume you have been on groups and message boards in the past who were bombarded with those who had no interest in the subject or learning from the other members. Charging up front per year creates an environment of like minded people for a like minded goal.Bigger Profits and preserving our livelyhood as we watch our laws chip away at it.
Now that you are signed up you will notice a tab at the top that says add tenant. Go ahead and use this for every horific experience you have ever had. Do not worry no one else can see what you place here accept you. There are also places you can put notes so you will be able to recolect the event in the future.Â
You will also see a tab named search tenant. Here you search by first and last name, birthday and last four digits of the social security number. This search does NOTÂ bring up the tenant and is also how we keep this safe for you. It brings up the landlord, or landlords who have a seemingly matching tenant and gives you the contact info for that landlord.Â
Thats right. You were just put in contact with a landlord likely that you were not informed about. Again, what an advantage.
